 Initiate Your Online Return: Navigate to Your Customer Account

Log In to Your Account:

• Click the profile icon in our store's navigation, or visit the refund policy/returns page.
• Enter your email in the provided field and click "Continue."
• Access your email account, open the email from our store, and copy the six-digit verification code.
• Return to our online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

Submit a Return Request:

• Click on the order containing items you'd like to return.
• If you’ve ordered multiple items, select those you wish to return.
• Choose a return reason and, if desired, leave a note for further details.
• Click "Request return."

Upon approval of your return request, and if shipping is required, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Following the return of the product, your refund will be processed.
